Age Restrictions
To maximize relaxation and atmosphere, we cannot accept appointments for the person(s) under the age of 13 years, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Person(s) under the age of 18 are not allowed into the day spa unless they are receiving services.

Booked Appointments
We deeply appreciate if our guests arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked appointment, as we do not want to inconvenience other guests within the allotted time. To secure an appointment, a bank card, cash deposit or certificate must be acquired, although at the time of payment you may choose another method.

*We do not perform any massage treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy, and highly recommend booking services during a pregnancy for health and safety.

Comfortability
Prior to any service or treatment, please bring to our attention any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or sensitivities. Guest may request a male or female specialist at any time. To remain courteous to other guests and the staff, mobile phones should be kept on silent for your time at Risana Day Spa.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, personal checks and cash.

Pricing
We at Risana Day Spa would like to remind all guests that prices can be lowered, raised or discontinued without prior notice to any, and all, services and treatments. Gratuity is not added to pricing or certificates and left entirely up to your experience.
